In the past 9 years half of my clients have been couples trying to work together towards their fitness goals. With coming into your home I even help the kids work on their sports and nutrition. Every can work together as a team and live a healthier life. 

Everyone working for At Home Fitness has either a degree in the Health and Wellness field or a certification form an accredited institution. Personal Trainers also need to have their First Aid/AED and CPR. 

At Home Fitness trains everyone from the age of 8 years old to 85. Everyone has their own fitness level and goals no matter what their age is. We do a fitness test with every person who works with us so we can design a program based off of their fitness level. 

In 2010 the economy was at all time low and people still needed a job and people still needed to workout. I was helping people here and there for years and after helping someone they mentioned I should start with online personal training and just tell them what to do. So it started with a online add and has become a full time job.

I've been training with Tyler since July 2016 (8 months). I wanted to get into shape, but I hated working out and never seemed to make it to the expensive gym I belonged to.
