<p>Tonights workout was 30 minute stair master, leg press, leg ext, leg curl and abs. </p>
<p>The thirty minutes on the stair master was killer! I started nice and easy but the last ten minutes I went fast, side steps, skipping steps and back to every step. </p>
<p>Recovery is everything. I’ll sleep well tonight! </p>

<p>Each round we do Pyramid Periodization meaning first round is at 12 with moderate to heavy weight. Each set we decrease reps and increase weight. Second round is 10 reps and third is at 8. Final round is an unloading round of another light 12.&hellip;</p>
