Hello my name is Didier Pérez and I am 25 years old currently residing in the Minneapolis area. I’ve had a passion for fitness ever since I was young. The gateway to this passion was due to my love for soccer and how being active made me feel more healthy both physically and mentally. My goal is to help others feel not only good health wise, but also feel good with their image. I’m excited to share this work with others and spread as much positivity and change that I can.
