Personal Trainer Philosophy	I received a bachelors in criminal justice, but I decided I wanted to take a different route after I ended up hurting my shoulder pitching and Now I am pursing a masters degree in Exercise Science/Sport Performance at Crown College in Saint Bonifacius, MN while playing baseball at Crown too. I wanted to get into personal training because I find anything to do with how the body moves fascinating and I strive to learn more and more each and everyday. My dream job would be a strength and conditioning coach for a MLB team.

Academic Achievements	In three semesters I was on the President’s list for my grades and two semesters I was on the dean’s list.
Athletic Achievements	I received the opportunity to make my first start on the mound in baseball, It was a great opportunity and I know God was with me that whole day I just felt his presence with me. It was also really cool my parents made the drive up from Virginia to Kentucky where the game was played. I pitched 4.2 innings of no hit baseball and finished the day with 5 innings pitched, I gave up 2 hits, 1 earned run, 2 walks, and I had 5 K’s. This was a very special day being my first start on the mound in college and just having my family there to support me was really cool! It was also really special to get my first win in college on the same day as my first start.
